As US Marines trudged through the sands of southern Afghanistan for the first time in years to provide additional support to the failing NATO coalition force, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Taliban continued daily strikes that are tallying high casualties for the foreign occupiers.
Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate having been stepping up their attacks during this year’s spring offensive and are employing more martyrdom operations that are resulting in the increase of NATO casualties.

This news report tallies the harvest of military operations carried out by your Mujahideen brothers in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Taliban on April 23, 2008, all praise be to Allah.
Three Occupation Forces Tanks Targeted With Roadside Bombs In Kunar:
At 4.30 pm today, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan targeted three tanks with roadside bombs that were part of an occupation military convoy as it traveled through the Nawabis area in Kunar province. The tanks were completely destroyed and all those onboard were killed and injured.
The military convoy had come to the area after Mujahideen had removed three checkpoints belonging to the puppet government. It is worth mentioning that yesterday evening the American army continued random bombing of the area due to their nervousness however the Mujahideen did not suffer any losses.
Three Interior Ministry Vehicles Destroyed In Kandahar:
Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan destroyed two vehicles belonging to the Interior puppet forces at 11.00 am in the morning in the Shorabak district of Kandahar province. The first vehicle was destroyed using a road side bomb and immediately after that, the Mujahideen ambushed the following vehicle that followed using RPG’s. The explosion resulted in the complete destruction of the two vehicles and ten soldiers onboard were killed and injured.
In a similar attack at 2.00 today afternoon, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate destroyed a vehicle belonging to the puppet army after planting roadside bombs near the Shuhadaa station in the Tshaar Bagh area in the Daman district of the same province. The vehicle was completely demolished, five soldiers were killed and three others wounded.
Four Soldiers Killed In Kapisa Province:
At 11.00 am today, four puppet army soldiers were killed when Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed them in the Mazno village in the district of Tajab in the Kapisa Province. Following the attack, hand to hand combat broke out that continued for approximately an hour. By the end of the battle four enemy soldiers were dead and a number of others were injured.
Following the attack, the enemy bombed the neighboring areas using heavy ordinances however there were no losses among the Mujahideen reported.
Attack On A Security Post In Baghlan Province:
Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan carried out a large scale attack using light and heavy weapons last night on a police security post in the area of Baghlan Jadid district of the province.
Thirty Mujahideen participated in the attack and the security post was completely removed. Three policemen were killed and two others escaped with difficulty. The operation took approximately 20 minutes and the Mujahideen took a large amount of military equipment as booty. A Mujahid was slightly wounded in the battle.
British Forces Tank Destroyed In Musa Qala:
At 9:00 am today, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate destroyed a British tank with a roadside bomb in the Musa Qala district of Helmand province as their convoy was crossing into the Gerishk district of Helmand province. The explosion resulted in the complete destruction of the enemy tank, killing all ten occupation soldiers onboard.
Yesterday in the same district, two occupation forces tanks were also destroyed killing 8 British soldiers onboard.
Ten Intelligence Employees Killed In Martyrdom Operation In Kandahar:
One of the heroes of the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan named Gul Muhammad at 11:00 am this morning carried out a martyrdom operation in the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province that resulted in the death of ten 10 intelligence employees.
According to details, the attack was carried out when the employees of the intelligence services of this district started to search the mentioned martyrdom operator who was on foot. This detonated his payload and caused a severe explosion, causing the instant death of the intelligence workers along with several vehicles that were parked near the scene. Following the attack, puppet forces opened fire on innocent civilians as is customary that resulted in the martyrdom of a number of them.
A second martyrdom operation was carried out today also in the morning, on the grounds of the security forces building in Gerishk district of the Helmand province.
It is also worth mentioning that a week earlier in the same district, Mujahid Hafiz Abdul Jalil carried out a martyrdom operation on a joint convoy of Interior Ministry and Foreign forces. That operation resulted in the death of three occupation forces and injured thirteen puppet forces.
Three Enemy Check Posts Removed In Kunar Province:
Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan carried out extensive operations yesterday against checkpoints manned by border police in the Nawabis area of Kunar province. As the result of these operations, three checkpoints were removed, eight enemy soldiers were killed including Commander Shah Wali, and a large number fled, with some of these injured. The Muajhideen were able to take a large amount of light and heavy weapons as booty.
Following the operations, the American air force began continuous bombing raids that lasted until morning.
Americans Suffer Apparent Losses In Helmand Province:
Last night, a number of American army forces were killed and injured when they attacked one of the bases of the Mujahideen in the Sangin district of the Helmand province.
According to details of the attack, a large number of American forces landed by helicopter near the Mujahideen base targeting Mullah Ruhi Ameen Akhund, a Mujahideen commander but were taken by surprise when Mujahideen counter-attacked in a battle that continued for approximately two hours.
By the end of the battle, a large number of enemy forces were dead and injured. Their casualties were evacuated from the battlefield by helicopters. Mullah Ruhi Ameen Akhund is safe however three of his men were martyred. To Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return.
Gerishk Security Headquarters Targeted In Martyrdom Attack:
At 8.00 today morning, Mujahid Nasrullah, one of the heroes of the Islamic Emirate carried out a sacrificial operation on the grounds of the security headquarters in Gerishk district of Helmand province.
According to details, twenty soldiers were killed and injured and there was apparent damage to both the building and several vehicles nearby. The fate of the District Security chief is not yet known.
The attack was carried out when the procession of this leader was entering into the security building. Eyewitnesses observed that the explosion was so strong that the windows of the houses within a 1 kilometer area were shattered.
