US Election 2004 Results
Listed by Average IQ *

Special news:
In 2006, both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union Address fall on the same day.
It is an ironic juxtaposition: One involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication, and the other involves a groundhog.

From Harper's Index...
Average number of suicides per 100,000 residents in states carried by President Bush in November 2004: 13.5
Average number of suicides per 100,000 residents in states carried by John Kerry in November 2004: 9.9
[We hypothesize a large drop in suicide rates for states supporting neither Bush nor Kerry]

[More on George W Bush]

Mindfully.org note: We placed this information here for the purpose of informing Americans what the rest of the world thinks of them, and because the US media refuses to fulfill its civic responsibility by doing so. We cannot ignore the consensus of the world. No matter how militarily powerful we are, we will not be able to maintain control over people who hate us. And the more we try to control people by this method, the more they will rebel. And ultimately, they would rather die than live in the demoralized world our government is creating.

Our government's chief strategy is to first demoralize the resistance and then destroy those who will not be assimilated. And yet, in the process of doing so, the US troops demoralize themselves and all those who support such actions.

A great percentage of those who voted for Bush's second term in office are Christians who avow to having a strong belief in the teachings of Jesus. If the immoral behavior of their representatives the Bush administration is an indication of their own beliefs, then their religion is but a charade.

It gives us at Mindfully.org no pleasure to place this news online. However, if we ignore it, then we are only aiding those who are literally destroying what little peace existed on earth. Through the use of circular reasoning, deceptions, and lies, our government plods on into unknown territory, destroying all in its path.

Is this the path of Jesus
We know it is not!

IO numbers are from IQ And The Wealth Of Nations, although not in the current edition. Tests and data by Raven's APT, and The Test Agency, one of the UK's leading publishers and distributors of psychometric tests. Data were published in The Economist and the St Petersburg Times, though this does not mean it should be taken as fact. Many thanks to the incredible Dr. Peter Augustin in Berlin for sending this information!

Mindfully.org note: like it or not, the truth is that the next 4 years may be happy ones for those of you who think abortion should be illegal and that Jesus needs to be back on the front line. But with regards to all other areas in life the health of our society, economy, environment, schools, fire departments, and bodies most people's experiences will be very different. Those at the bottom of the economic pecking order will feel the least change because they are already treated as something less than animals. Domesticated animals such as dogs, cats, and gerbils get better treatment. But the real changes will be amongst those falling between the lower middle and upper middle classes. We could paint a pretty picture on life and point out the plethora of positive aspects. Through the use of technology we are enjoying longer and easier lives... etc...

But.... we believe that one must ask for what is necessary. Beginning from a point of compromise is logically the direct means to our end. We are witnessing the inevitable downward spiral created by least-worst choices. The vortex is nearing.  Unable to do anything but write the truth, Mindfully.org is experiencing a wide range of comments sent to us by viewers of this and many other files on Mindfully.org. At times, we buffer it with humor. And that may be OK.   But diluting undeniable fact is not healthy in the long run. People need very much to be shaken to the core, because, for the  most part, our life styles are unsustainable. No matter how sustainably we live, there are too many of us. With regards to the capabilities of technology to decrease the anthropogenic footprint the actual measurement of area humans occupying space on Earth as opposed to the other species the physical footprint will continue to grow unless transhumanists are able to digitize our presence.

Children are taught nonsense for the most part and go through life with a very distorted idea of reality. The particular reality we would prefer is the one that is sustainable. The time frame we mean for sustainability is far longer than the 7 generations that is so often used. The long run, as we see it, means perhaps 700 generations. If we as a species don't focalize our [stuff] we will not even be seeing 7 generations, or 4, for that matter.

Are Bush Supporters DUMB?

THE RESULTS ARE IN...   The Daily Mirror 8nov04

The huge reaction to our brilliant US election front page has been overwhelming.
George Bush supporters have bombarded us with emails stating that, contrary to our front page headline (below) they are NOT dumb.
But we can now reveal that in a survey comparing intelligence levels between the various US states a certain pattern emerged...

Here's the average IQ by state according to the Ravens APM
This comparison is drawn by an individual whom does not vote
for 2 reasons:
	1. The majority votes does not ensure a presidency.
	2. The elector does not by law have to vote for majority
only 2 of the 50 states have laws forcing this.

As a result, I do not bitch either way. It seems pointless to vote
for something that only amounts to a suggestion in the end.

It is interesting when the slower half of the country moves the
 more intelligent half.

Draw your own conclusions about education vs. votes

__________

"The Americans have voted for a militarised Rambo rather than someone who appeals to their reason"

FORMER NIGERIAN FOREIGN MINISTER BOLAJI AKINYEMI

__________

"It is a bad day for the environment."

Unfortunately for the world, George will certainly deliver on his promise...

Another fine example of how George is thought of on the other side of the Pond.
Like it or not America, this is what a very large part of the world thinks.
