The Supreme Court of California will consider whether to uphold or overturn a ruling by the California Court of Appeals in Mycogen Plant Science Inc.'s case against Pharmacia Inc.'s (PHA) Monsanto Co., in which the appeals court overturned a $174.9 million breach of contract verdict against Monsanto.
